이주민영화제는 지난 6월 1차 사전제작지원 공모를 진행하여 섹 알 마문 감독의 <피난>을 사전제작지원작으로 선정하였습니다. 이주민 문제에 관심있는 좀더 많은 영화인들에게 기회를 주고자 추가 사전제작지원을 진행합니다. 많은 참여와 관심 부탁드립니다.

1. 사업 개요
- 명칭 : 이주민영화제 사전제작지원 프로젝트
- 내용 : 20분 이내 단편(장르 제한 없음), 총 제작비 300만원 지원
- 대상 : 이주민 또는 이주를 다루는 작품
- 주최 : 이주민영화제 집행위원회
- 후원 : 서울영상위원회

2. 사업 세부 내용

제작지원 작품 선정 일정 및 절차
- 신청 접수 : 2015년 11월 5일(목) ~ 2015년 11월 30일(월)
- 심사 과정 : 1차 / 서류 심사, 2차 / 인터뷰 심사
- 1차 선정 발표 : 2015년 12월 3일
- 2차 인터뷰 심사 : 개별 연락
- 2차 선정 발표 : 2015년 12월 중순 홈페이지 공지
- 제작 기간 : 2016년 8월까지
- 최종 상영 : 2016년 제10회 이주민영화제
※ 위 일정은 영화제 일정에 따라 변경될 수 있음

제작지원 접수 및 기타 사항
① 지원 서류
- 제작지원 신청서 1부 (소정양식/홈페이지에서 다운로드)
- 제작진의 이력서 및 소개서 1부
- 영화제작계획서 1부 (구성안, 자료조사 내용, 취재 내용 등 포함)
- 촬영계획서 1부 (씬, 인원, 촬영일정, 소요기자재 등 명시)
- 제작비 예산서 1부
- 제작진의 기존작품(있을 경우) 1편 포트폴리오 (심사용 프리뷰 DVD)
※ 제출된 자료는 반환하지 않음

③ 제작지원작 유의사항
- 지원작은 2016년 8월까지 제작 완료되어야 하며, 2016년 제10회 이주민영화제에서 상영합니다.
- 지원작은 완성본을 이주민영화제와 서울영상위원회에 제출합니다.
단, 사전 협의 없이 제출된 기획안과 전혀 다른 작품이 완성되었거나, 명확한 사유 없이 해당기간 내에 작품을 완성하지 못하면 지원금 전액을 현금으로 환불하여야 합니다.
- 지원자는 제작물에 이주민영화제와 서울영상위원회의 제작지원을 명기하고 CI를 표기합니다.
- 제작 완료 후 제작지원금 전액에 대해 정산 및 증빙합니다.
※ 이외 자세한 내용의 협약서는 "지원자"와 "이주민영화제"가 협의하여 작성하기로 합니다.

Migration World Film Festival Pre-Production Support Project
As a core program of MWTV, the Migration World Film Festival offers a selection of insightful films focused on topics related to migration, migrant workers, immigrants, and refugees. The Migrant World Film Festival strives to promote understanding and acceptance of diversity and contribute to a greater communication between migrants and natives. So we are pleased to announce the Funding Support Project for the Flims on Migration from this year. The project will provide filmmakers with financial aid sponsored by Seoul Film Commission. We hope that many of you will participate.

1. Project outline
* Project name: Funding Support Project for the Films for the 10th Migration World Film Festival
* Awards: Within a 20-minute short film (genre Unlimited ). Cash grant of KRW 3,000,000 for selected films
* Eligibility: Works of all genres on the topic of migration that should exceed 20 minutes in length
* organizer: Programming department of the Migrant World Film Festival
* Sponsor: Seoul Film Commission

2. Film selection process & guidelines
(1) Selection process
① Procedure and schedule
- Application submission: November 5 - November 30, 2015
- Selection procedure: 1st step - Evaluation of submitted materials
2nd step - Interview with the filmmaker of the selected films
- The first announcement of selected films: December 3, 2015
- Interview schedule: Individual Contact
- The final announcement of selected films: Notice on the MWTV homepage in mid-December
- The selected films should be completed by September, 2016.
- The selected films will be shown during the 10th Migration World Film Festival.
※ The schedule may be subject to change under certain circumstances.

(2) Application submission & rules and regulations
① Submission materials
- Application form
- Film project proposal (including project plan, project research, research data, etc.)
- Shooting plan (including scenes, crew list, cast numbers, shooting schedule, equipment, etc.)
- Financing plan
- CV and cover letter of the applicant filmmaker
- Filmmaker's previous work If you have (preview copy in DVD)

② How to submit

③ Rules and regulations
- The selected films must be completed by September, 2016 and will be shown during the 10th Migration World Film Festival.
- Completed films should be submitted to the programming department of the Migration World Film Festival and Seoul Film Commission. However, if the selected films differ greatly to the proposal specified in the application without prior consultation or if the films are not completed within the period specified above without any particular reasons, the grant money will be withdrawn.
- The fund support must be acknowledged with a tag line and logo at the end credits of the film.
- After the selected films are completed, documentary evidence about the actual utilization of the fund will be required.
※ Other detailed contents of contract between the "applicant" and "the Migration World Film Festival" will be documented by mutual consent.
